Thank you for shopping with Us Over Everything! We're a small, independently run brand, and every order is carefully processed and shipped by hand. This policy explains everything you need to know about shipping.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States
  • All orders ship from our facility in Spokane, Washington

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • During high-volume periods such as sales, new product launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
  • If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin AFTER your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time (3-5 business days) is in addition to shipping time. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or transit times.

Example Timeline:

  • Order placed Monday → Processed by Friday → Standard shipping delivers the following week

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method
  • We use USPS, UPS, and DHL for all shipments
  • Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  • You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link provided in your email
  • Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation
  • You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or any alternate delivery locations (porch, mailbox, etc.)
  • Contact us at Contact@uoecommunity.com within 48 hours if you believe your package is lost or stolen
  • We'll work directly with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue

Damaged Packages:

  • All products are carefully packaged before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
  • Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the product before opening
  • Contact us at Contact@uoecommunity.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
  • While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-caused damage, we will do our best to help resolve the situation

Incorrect Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order - we may be able to make changes if the order hasn't been processed yet

Delivery Delays:

  • While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping
  • We hope to expand internationally in the future
